These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RecSou 記數 mobile application (the “Service”) operated by RecSou 記數 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is a personal expense tracking app that uses AI to transcribe voice input and categorise expenses. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free accounts are limited to 30 voice recordings per month. RecSou Pro is available at HK$28 per month (or the price shown in the App at the time of purchase) and provides unlimited recordings and premium features.
All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refunds are provided. Refund requests are handled by Apple. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods only.
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, use it for unauthorised commercial purposes, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the Service’s operation, or use automated means to access it without our permission.
The Service and all associated intellectual property are owned by RecSou. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for personal use. You retain ownership of the expense data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service uses AI to transcribe voice recordings and categorise expenses. AI results are suggestions only and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all data before saving. The Service is a record-keeping tool — it does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Currency conversion rates are from third-party sources, are for reference only, and may not reflect real-time values.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service relies on third-party providers for voice transcription, AI categorisation, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INACCURACIES IN AI CONTENT, OR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS BASED ON DATA IN THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR HK$100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may delete your account at any time from the App’s Settings — all your data will be permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RecSou. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

本服務使用AI轉錄語音記錄並分類消費。AI結果僅為建議，可能不準確。您負責在儲存前審查及更正所有資料。本服務僅為記帳工具，不提供財務、稅務或投資建議。貨幣匯率來自第三方來源，僅供參考，可能不反映即時市場價值。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務、AI內容不準確或基於App內資料所作的財務決定而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害（包括利潤或資料損失）承擔責任。我們的總責任不超過您在索賠前12個月內向我們支付的金額或 HK$100（以較大者為準）。
您可隨時在App設定中刪除帳戶——您的所有資料將被永久移除。如您違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止您的帳戶。終止後，您使用本服務的許可立即結束。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。爭議應提交香港特別行政區法院處理。本條款連同私隱政策構成您與 RecSou 之間的完整協議。如任何條款被認定為不可執行，其餘條款仍然有效。我們可隨時更新本條款——繼續使用即表示接受。
